The project is co-financed by the European Union and Republic of Turkey, in accordance with the rules of 2005 Pre-Accession Financial Assistance Programme for Turkey.
The beneficiary of the financing is Çanakkale Municipalities' Union. The Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU) is acting as the Contracting Authority in this procedure.
The work comprises the closure and rehabilitation of 5 (five) existing old landfills in the province of Canakkale. CEVKA Construction Company is related with rehabilitation of 5 old landfills.
The following sites are being rehabilitated;
1- Canakkale - Kuruçeşme
2- Lapseki - Millet Çiftliği
3- Çardak - Göl Mevkii
4- Çardak - Kadibayri Mevkii
5- Lapseki - Toprakli Mevkii
